Pillar / Media
Production, storytelling, and broadcast capability for the ecosystem and beyond.
Media is the recording, production, and broadcast layer of the Foundation ecosystem: documenting real work, supporting conservation and welfare organisations more broadly, and creating original content for the Foundation’s own channels and long-term revenue systems.
The challenge
Important work is often under-recorded, under-seen, and under-supported.
Across conservation, welfare, and environmental work, many important efforts remain unseen or poorly documented, which weakens public understanding, support, and long-term momentum.
Media should not be treated as an afterthought. It can be a serious operating capability that records reality, strengthens engagement, and helps important work travel further.
Role within the ecosystem
Media should do more than report the work. It should help produce, document, and expand it.
Media acts as the production and storytelling arm of the ecosystem, documenting the Foundation’s own work across conservation, sanctuary, food systems, innovation, and learning.
It also creates the basis for a serious media capability that can support charities, conservation organisations, and environmental work more broadly through high-quality production and documentary storytelling.

Documentation
Recording the real work of the ecosystem across land, welfare, food systems, innovation, and learning.
Production
Building serious in-house capability for filming, editing, storytelling, studio content, and field media.
Broadcast
Creating content that can inform the public, support organisations, strengthen channels, and extend reach globally.
Global storytelling
A serious production capability for environmental and welfare storytelling.
The aim is to build high-quality media that can document the Foundation’s own work while also supporting important organisations and projects beyond it.
This includes documentary-level storytelling, field production, and content that reveals the depth, urgency, and reality of the work being carried out.
Content creation
Developing original documentary, field, and studio-led content that communicates the work with clarity and impact.
Editing
Shaping raw footage, interviews, and project coverage into strong, watchable, high-quality storytelling.
Production
Building the practical capability to film, organise, direct, and deliver media to a serious standard over time.
Studio and channels
Original content can also be created for the Foundation’s own channels.
A dedicated studio capability can support original Foundation content including interviews, ecosystem updates, education, cooking with Foundation produce, and wider public-facing programming.
That same production capability can also strengthen owned PPV channels, public reach, and long-term revenue pathways.
Conservation organisations
Providing media capability that can help important work be documented, presented, and supported more effectively.
Original Foundation content
Producing ecosystem-led content directly for Foundation channels, education, public storytelling, and wider engagement.
PPV platform
Creating original media that can strengthen audience growth, owned channels, and long-term revenue support.
Across the ecosystem
Media helps every part of the Foundation become more visible, more understandable, and more connected.
It supports the wider ecosystem by helping important work be seen properly, followed more clearly, and shared with greater public understanding.
Conservation & Rewilding
Documenting restoration, biodiversity recovery, and land stewardship in ways people can clearly follow and support.
Animal Sanctuary
Showing rescue work, care standards, protection pathways, and long-term commitments with dignity and clarity.
Vertical Farming
Making food systems, controlled growing, and resilience-focused production understandable and visible in practice.
Innovation Hub
Helping technical systems, infrastructure, and development work translate into public understanding and trust.
Learning & Careers
Supporting education, participation, and development pathways through accessible content and practical knowledge-sharing.
Long-term focus
The aim is a serious media arm that can document, produce, and extend real-world impact.
Media is being developed as a lasting part of the Foundation ecosystem, not as a side function, but as a real capability for production, storytelling, outreach, and long-term support.
A media commitment
Important work should be recorded properly.
No hidden progress. No weak storytelling. No separation between work and public understanding.
