Vertical Farming
Year-round, pesticide-free food grown close to where people live; with packaging and pricing that makes healthy choices the easy default, not a luxury.
Food security, without the compromise
The HEADTURNED Vertical Farming campus will produce fresh vegetables, salads, and fruits all year round; indoors, controlled, and free from pesticides. By growing upwards instead of outwards, we protect soils, insects, and habitats, while bringing food closer to the people who need it.
This isn't a premium add-on for a few. The goal is simple: make clean, nutritious food affordable and accessible, so families can choose better meals without sacrificing their budget or their time.
Designed with the Innovation Hub
Every system; from energy and water to packaging and logistics; will be supported by the HEADTURNED Innovation Hub. That means constant iteration, testing new materials, and sharing what works so vertical farms can be cleaner, smarter, and kinder to the planet.

Why vertical farming matters
Food that protects the land, not pressures it.
Food security & resilience
Year-round harvests that are less exposed to drought, flooding, and supply-chain shocks – especially in regions where fresh produce is hard to access.
Pesticide-free by design
Controlled environments remove the need for chemical pesticides, protecting people's health and reducing chemical load on soils and waterways.
Less land, more life
Growing upwards uses a fraction of the land of conventional agriculture, easing pressure on biodiversity – from soil health to insects, birds, and mammals.
Closed-loop thinking
Integrated water, energy, and nutrient systems designed with the Innovation Hub, aiming for less waste and smarter reuse at every step.
Farm to table, literally
From the rack to your plate, without the mystery in between.
Fresh, plant-based ingredients grown metres away from where they're packed, cooked, and collected.
The Vertical Farming campus will be built around a simple promise: if you want to know where your food came from, you'll be able to point to it.
We plan to offer a click-and-collect system for local residents, a farm-to-table app for ordering, and a cafeteria-style space attached to the facility where people can taste what the land is producing that week.
Over time, we want this model to be replicated in other regions: the same blueprint, adapted to local needs, so communities everywhere can access genuinely fresh, affordable food.

Plastic-free by default
Packaging that returns to the earth, not the ocean.
Mushroom-based materials, seaweed-derived films, and other biodegradable options – developed with the Innovation Hub, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Single-use plastic is one of the most persistent failures in our food systems. The Vertical Farming campus will treat alternative materials as a core part of the design, not a marketing line.
With support from the Innovation Hub, we'll test and deploy packaging made from mushroom mycelium, seaweed, and other biodegradable compounds – focusing on options that are compostable, scalable, and genuinely low-impact.
The aim is simple: you should be able to buy a box of fresh produce knowing that both the food and the packaging can safely return to the earth.

Healthier food, healthier systems
From ingredients to education – and away from ultra-processed norms.
Better gut health. Lower reliance on ultra-processed “convenience” foods. Less pressure on healthcare systems in the long term.
What we eat shapes everything from our energy levels to our long-term health. Highly processed foods and chemical-heavy ingredients might be convenient, but they come with a cost – for people and for the systems that care for them.
The Vertical Farming campus will supply the ingredients, and the HEADTURNED PPV platform will tell the stories: cooking channels, recipe series, and education around plant-based, nutrient-dense meals that are genuinely affordable.
Our aim is to make healthy eating feel exciting, simple, and fully within reach; not a niche lifestyle reserved for a few.

Local roots, global blueprint
Starting here, designed to travel everywhere.
The first Vertical Farming campus will live alongside the Innovation Hub and Sanctuary at the HEADTURNED epicentre. But the design work doesn't stop at the fence line.
Regional rollouts
Our goal is to introduce this model to other parts of the country, adapting layouts and crops to local needs, climate, and culture.
Global partnerships
Over time, we want to collaborate with international partners to bring the same principles – clean food, minimal land use, plastic-free packaging – to cities and regions worldwide.
Relief for biodiversity
The more food we can grow upwards, the less pressure we place on wild landscapes, soils, insects, and animals – giving nature room to recover and thrive.
