- Sponsor. Refers to any entity providing financial or material support under an agreed sponsorship arrangement.
- Projects. Refers to various initiatives run by the Foundation, including but not limited to vertical farming, renewable energy solutions, animal sanctuaries, and educational programs.

3.1 Description
The Foundation offers a range of services, including but not limited to:
Innovation Hub programs focusing on engineering, agriculture, technology, and sustainable solutions.
Opportunities for donations and sponsorships supporting specific projects.
Educational and training programs, including apprenticeships and skill development initiatives.
3.2 Service Levels
The Foundation provides services on an “as available“ basis and makes no guarantees regarding service uptime or availability. Certain services may be subject to eligibility criteria, application processes, or availability limitations.

4. Donations and Sponsorships
4.1 Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donors may direct contributions toward specific projects, but the Foundation retains discretion over fund allocation to ensure maximum impact.
Donation receipts will be provided for tax purposes where applicable, but the Foundation does not guarantee tax deductibility in all jurisdictions.
4.2 Sponsorships
Sponsorship agreements are formal arrangements and must be documented through a separate sponsorship contract.
Sponsors may be entitled to certain benefits or acknowledgments, as outlined in their specific agreements.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline sponsorships that conflict with its mission or values.
