In these Terms, references to the HEADTURNED Foundation or the Foundation mean the organisation responsible for this website and the projects it describes.
These Terms & Conditions (the Terms) set out the basis on which you may:

- make donations or other contributions through this website.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or submit donations through it.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to the public-facing HEADTURNED Foundation website and the donation flows and contact routes made available through it.
A separate set of terms and policies will apply to the HEADTURNED PPV platform (including creators, subscribers and any services delivered through that platform). Those platform-specific terms will be published and agreed directly on the PPV platform when it goes live.
